Sample GSM115020 Query DataSets for GSM115020
Status Public on Jun 21, 2006
Title Ectopic expression of DHR96 (gain of function) control 2
Sample type RNA

Source name young third instar larvae (all tissues)
Organism Drosophila melanogaster
Characteristics W1118 served as controls. The experimental samples were derived from trangenic animals that harboured a heat-shock inducible full-length DHR96 cDNA. larvae were staged at the molt from L2 to L3, heat-shocked after three hours and allowed to recover for 4 hours before RNA extraction.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Label Cy3

Description larvae are essentially staged, young third instar feeding larvae. Nutritional source is Bakers yeast.
Data processing gcRMA
