Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with RNAiso Plus reagent (Takara), followed by mRNA purification with oligo-dT-attached magnetic beads, cDNA was synthesized using Oligo (dT) as primer. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.
