Through a simple side-by-side hybridization experiment you can determine differential gene expression between your samples with this array.Total genomic DNA was spotted on 13 spots for positive control. Nothing was spotted on 2 spot with the aim of negative control. Therefore, a total of 15 spot data were already eliminated from the whole 128 spot data on this array.
