Treatment protocol Cells were grown overnight to a density of 1×105 cells/well, then infected with viral supernatant at a multiplicity of infection of 10. To isolate stable clones, puromycin (2 μg/ml, Sigma) was utilized for a minimum duration of 1 week.
Growth protocol NCI-N87 human gastric cancer cells were maintained in RMPI1640 supplemented with 10%FBS(Fetal Bovine Serum) and antibiotics in humidfied atmosphere with 5% CO2 at 37℃

Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using Rneasy mini plus kit(Qiagen).1.3ug of tatol RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries
RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using SMATER Mrna-Seq Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocls
