Characteristics |
cell line: NCI-N87 cell type: human gastric cancer cells treatment: shNC
|
Treatment protocol |
Cells were grown overnight to a density of 1×105 cells/well, then infected with viral supernatant at a multiplicity of infection of 10. To isolate stable clones, puromycin (2 μg/ml, Sigma) was utilized for a minimum duration of 1 week.
|
Growth protocol |
NCI-N87 human gastric cancer cells were maintained in RMPI1640 supplemented with 10%FBS(Fetal Bovine Serum) and antibiotics in humidfied atmosphere with 5% CO2 at 37℃
