Total RNA was isolated using RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen, Germany).
Pairedend libraries were synthesized by using the VAHTS Total RNA-Seq（H/M/R) Library PrepKit（Vazyme NR603-02） for Illumina following Sample Preparation Guide.

Basecalls performed using CASAVA version 1.8.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence using Seqtk.
Reads were aligned to the Rnor_6.0 genome assembly using BWA-MEM
Circular RNA were identified by CIRI(https://sourceforge.net/projects/ciri/) and quantified by SRPBM(back-spliced reads (support for circRNA) by read length and number of mapped reads (spliced reads per billion mapping.
Differential expression were analysed using edgeR.
