Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using miRNAeasy kit Qiagen 217004. Ribosomal RNA was removed using RiboZero kit Epicenter. Libraries were prepared using standard Illumina protocol and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2500.
