Sample GSM1040887 Query DataSets for GSM1040887
Status Public on Dec 01, 2013
Title HepG2_Z1000_2
Sample type genomic

Source name HepG2_1000 μM zebularine for 72 h
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: HepG2
cell type: hepatocellular carcinoma cells
treated with: 1000 μM zebularine for 72 h
batch: 2
Treatment protocol HepG2 cells were cultured under the presence (1000 μM) or absence of zebularine for 72 h.
Growth protocol HepG2 cells were maintained at 37oC under an atmosphere of 95% air and 5% CO2 in DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 100 U/ml penicillin and 100 μg/ml streptomycin.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Genomic DNA was extracted using the AllPrep DNA/RNA mini kit (Qiagen).
Label Cy5 and Cy3
Label protocol Standard Illumina protocol

Hybridization protocol Bisulfite converted DNA was amplified, fragmented and hybridized to illumina Infinium Human Methylation450 Beadchip using standard Illumina protocol.
Scan protocol Arrays were imaged using iScan array scanner (illumina) using standard setting.
Data processing GenomeStudio V2011.1 was used to determine the methylation level at each CpG site as beta value. Normalization to internal controls and background subtraction were applied to determine normalized average beta values.
