Title Gene expression profile of rice root in response to macronutrient deficiency

Summary Macronutrients are pivotal elements for proper plant growth and development. We performed microarray analysis of rice root under nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) deficiency conditions to obtain a global view of gene regulations associated with plant response to essential nutrients.
 
Overall design We performed microarray analysis of rice root at 6 and 24 hours after N, P and K deficiency and control treatments, respectively. We collected a total of 24 microarray data corresponding to 8 samples with 3 replicates.
