Summary |
Differentiated primary human cytotrophoblasts were stimulated with synthetic double-stranded RNA, poly I:C. Gene expression was profiled using Agilent microarray.

The study included the data from differentiated cytotrophoblasts co-cultured with poly I:C or vehicle control. Total RNA from three different donors was pooled and analyzed by Agilent microarray.
