| Overall design |
We performed the mRNA-seq and circRNA-seq on 26 different tissues or developmental stages of two maize inbred lines, B73 and Mo17, as well as their F1 hybrid. These large-scale datasets provided opportunities to monitor the mRNA and circRNA developmental dynamics of differential expression and regulatory variation.
