Total RNA was extracted from Ctrl and two ATRX KO NGP clones, and a microarray analysis was performed using the Agilent-072363 SurePrint G3 Human GEv3 8 × 60 K Microarray G4851C (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA).
