Title Single-cell RNA sequencing of adult mouse fibrotic kidney induced by unilateral uretral obstruction
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed single-cell RNAseq for adult mouse fibrotic kidney to characheterize how epithelial to mesenchymal transition program is implemented at single tubular cells resolution during the course of renal intrestitial fibrosis

Overall design 12 weeks old males mice were subjected to SHAM sergery (CTR) or to unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) to indice renal interstitial fibrosis. 1UUO and SHAM kidneys were harvested and disregated into single cell preparations contaning all kidney cell types. 10X Chromium were used to prepare cDNA libraries. Two UUO and one SHAM cDNA libraries were obtained sequenced.
