Title |
mRNA expression profiling of BLM-Induced pulmonary fibrosis in rat |
Organism |
Rattus norvegicus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Pulmonary fibrosis includes a variety of underlying causes of fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Pulmonary fibrosis is usually considered to be related to chronic inflammation of lung tissue and excessive proliferation of fibroblasts, however, the mechanism is complex and unclear. To study the underlying molecular mechanisms, we further applied high-throughput sequencing to analyze the differentially expressed genes in rat lung tissues induced by Bleomycin.
