Title |
Modification of gene expression in prostate cancer cells treated with Perfluorooctanoic acid |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
DU145 (human prostate cancer cell line) were treated with different concentrations of Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) : 10-6, 10-9 and 10-12M for 48h and modifications of gene expression were analyzed.

|
Overall design |
The experiement includes the treatment with three concentrations of PFOA (10-6, 10-9, 10-12 M) and a control condition (treatment with EtOH, solvent). Each conditions are in duplicate.
