Summary Epigenetic regulation is a fundamental mechanism mediating various cellular processes. However, epigenetic mechanisms in osteoclastogenesis remain incompletely understood. We performed MeDIP-seq analysis to investigate DNA methylation in osteoclasts derived from wild-type and Tet2Rank–/–; Tet3aRank+/– mice.
