Analysis of vascular remodeling following pulmonary hypertension. Lungs of normoxic and hypoxic treated animals analyzed. Hypoxia induces vasoconstriction then hypertrophy/hyperplasia of pulmonary vascular smooth muscle and endothelial cell proliferation.
