Summary:
Analysis of synovial biopsies obtained by needle arthroscopy from affected knees of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), or osteoarthritis (OA). Results provide insight into distinct molecular mechanisms underlying SLE arthritis relative to those of OA and RA.
