Transcription factor AP-2 gamma mutation effect on the embryonic skin
Summary:
Analysis of back skin from embryonic day 16.5 animals bearing a mutation in transcription factor AP-2 gamma. The E16.5 AP-2 gamma mutants display abnormal epidermal stratification. Results provide insight into the role of AP-2 gamma in skin development.
