Analysis of small intestines from 18.5 days post conception embryos lacking the transcription factor Pleomorphic adenoma gene-like 2 (PLAGL2). Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying the defective lipid absorption observed in PlagL2-/- mutant intestine.
