Hepatitis B surface antigen effect on hepatoma cell line
Summary:
Analysis of hepatoma HepG2 cells secreting the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). Transfected cells examined 4 and 8 days after seeding. Results provide insight into the effect of persistently secreting HBsAg on the host cell.
