D-penicillamine-induced autoimmunity model of idiosyncratic drug reactions
Summary:
Analysis of Brown Norway males 6 hours after treatment with 150 mg/kg of D-penicillamine. Some rheumatoid arthritis patients treated with D-penicillamine develop idiosyncratic drug reactions (IDR). Results provide insight into mechanisms underlying IDR.
