ICOS costimulation: It's not just for TH2 cells anymore

Nat Immunol. 2001 Jul;2(7):573-4. doi: 10.1038/89709.

Abstract

A current paradigm has ICOS participating in TH2 costimulation. New data indicates ICOS regulates not only TH2 cells, but also TH1s.
