      Title: A Novel CCK Receptor GPR173 Mediates Potentiation of GABAergic Inhibition.
    2. Study reports that Gpr173 is downregulated by palmitate and BPA in hypothalamic neuronal cell lines and primary culture, both partially mediated by MAPK p38 pathway. Also, palmitate impairs the capacity of the GPR173 putative ligand, PNX, to activate signaling in hypothalamic neurons. These findings contribute to the understanding of how fats and endocrine disruptors affect reproductive function.
