NimbleGen T. cacao 28k array [110407_SM_cacao_expr]

(Submitter supplied) NimbleGen oligonucleotide glass custom T. cacao gene expression 12X 135,000 (12 plex microarray which can hold 135,000 probes on each of 12 subarrays per slide), containing probes for the 28,798 predicted genes as well as 22,489 probes for genes with a clear 3'UTR prediction. Each sequence had between 1 and 3 probes per sequence, with an average of 2.6 probes per sequence. Therefore most genes will be represented by over 5 probes on average. more...
