Genome Information for Morella rubra
The objective of the present project is to establish a sound foundation for future molecular studies of Chinese bayberry, by obtaining and analyzing high throughput sequence and expression data using RNA-Seq, and gain an understanding of molecular mechanisms of fruit quality changes during ripening.
