To further explore the genetic basis of soybean seed size, in this study, we conducted QTL mapping of soybean seed size and HGW using BSA-seq on F4 and F5 populations derived from the cross of the large-seeded variety Kebaliang (KBL) and the small-seeded variety SUZUMARU (SUZU).
