More...We established a gene-indexed EMS-mutagenesis library with Konong 9204, and preliminarily analyzed the regulation insight of NAC TFs in stress response by combing the existing epigenome data with transcriptome data from different tissues and treatment. The mutant library and the multidimensional omics data generated in Konong 9204 will provide assistance for gene function analysis, new mutation mining and mutation breeding improvement in wheat.
