This cryptic species is currently being described by Schiffer and McEvey in a forthcoming paper. Forty pinned specimens (numbered 16474-16494 and 16537-16555) from the [Lake Placid culture] will be lodged as types in theAustralian Museum, Sydney, the Queensland Museum, Brisbane, and the Australian National Insect Collection, Canberra.
