This domain family is found in eukaryotes, and is typically between 196 and 207 amino acids in length. There is a conserved CEH sequence motif. SNAP50 is part of the snRNA-activating protein complex which activates RNA polymerases II and III. There is a cysteine-histidine cluster which contains two possible zinc finger motifs.
